   Our services include web design, development, SEO, digital marketing, and other related solutions. Each service is delivered according to the agreement between Invatal and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for the project.
• Respond promptly to our requests for approvals or feedback.
• Ensure all content, images, or materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party rights.

1. Payments

• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before starting the project.
• Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• We collaborate with trusted third-party payment providers to process payments securely.

1. Project Timeline

• Project timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses or incomplete information) may result in changes to the timeline.

1. Ownership of Work

• The final product will belong to the client once full payment is made.
• Invatal retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

1. Liability

• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues caused by the misuse of our services.
• Invatal is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control.

1. Revisions

• Revisions will be handled as per the agreed terms in the project proposal.
• Major changes outside the scope of the original agreement may incur additional costs.

1. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
• In case of termination, the client will pay for any work completed up to that point.
